This high-tech powerchair has been manufactured from magnesium, a material stronger and lighter than aluminium and as a result, combines the benefits of a fully-functioning powerchair with the weight you’d expect from a normal manual wheelchair.

This makes folding and storing in the car boot a breeze, whilst theunique dual control bracket included in the boxallows you tomount the joystick on the handlebars if you wish, enabling a person to push the wheelchair with power assist if the occupant does not want to steer.

In addition to the free attendant control bracket, you also receive a transport bag with a carry strap with every chair.

Careful thought has gone into every aspect of the design. For example, the battery is located on the back of the chair, not the underside, which means you don’t have to bend down to remove the battery from charging. Flip up arm-rests are also included to facilitate side transfers in and out of cars.

Please note that this type of powerchair is only intended for flat-surfaced areas such as shopping centres and smooth pavement due to it’s ultra lightweight nature. If someone is pushing behind using the included attentant control power assist, then they can assist with navigating more everyday outdoor obstacles such as kerbs, but if you are purchasing this chair purely for use by the occupant, we would recommend a heavier powerchair with larger wheels.
